REGISTRATION:
Summer School registration will open May 12 through May 31 for all academic offerings online. Registration is an on-line process.
If you register without payment or pay without registering, your student cannot participate in the Summer Program.
FEES:
All tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration. Fees are listed per course.
All credit card payments will incur a $3.00 processing fee.
If you received a fee waiver this school year, it remains in effect through the summer and you are able to take an academic course or academic workshop at no cost. If a payment plan is needed, please contact Jen, reynoldsj@rbhs208.net or 708.442.8268 to establish a payment plan agreement.
REFUNDS:
If the section is not offered due to insufficient enrollment or staff availability, a full refund will be issued. No other refunds will be offered. If a student has to be removed from class for any reason at any time during the course, including on the last day of class, no refunds or credits will be issued.
SUMMER SCHOOL PROCEDURES FOR ACADEMIC COURSES
ATTENDANCE (18 days - 4 hours per day for credit courses)
If a student is unable to attend summer school classes because of illness or an emergency, the parent must report the absence, to the teacher or call the Attendance Office at 442-8407. Messages may be recorded on an answering machine during the hours the office is closed (non- business hours). Because of the intensified nature of the summer school program, only one day of summer school may be missed for any reason prior to the student being dropped and no credit or refund being issued. This includes absences due to illness
Students must log in to their assigned APEX course by 8 am daily.
Apex website navigation and related login information for online coursework will be emailed to students before the start of Summer School.

Teachers will host a daily Zoom meeting to outline assignments and provide instructional supports.
